Role at ANSTO
Amanda joined ANSTO in 2017. She provides technical support, QA/QC support and helps maintain the radiochemistry and synthetic chemistry research labs for Biosciences, including the calibration and maintenance of equipment. Amanda is also involved in research of the labelling of small molecules and bio-molecules with iodine radionuclides.
Her role prior to arriving at ANSTO was as an instrument chemist working for an environmental analysis laboratory.
Expertise
Amanda’s interests lie in HPLC and method development, GCMS and radiolabelling with iodine radionuclides.
