Role at ANSTO
Josick is an environmental geochemist within the Institute of Environmental Research. She joined ANSTO in late 1989 and has over 20 years experience in the field of environmental geochemistry.
Her current research work is focussed on radionuclide mobility in the environment, encompassing the surface characterisation of environmental sorbent materials (e.g. soils, clays) by potentiometric and electroacoustic techniques, sorption studies and the geochemical modelling of these systems.
Expertise
Aqueous geochemistry, environmental chemistry, radionuclide sorption studies, acoustosizer, geochemical characterisation, acid-mine drainage chemistry.
