Role at ANSTO
Dr. Nazli Eslamirad is an accomplished materials scientist with extensive experience in developing materials and processes for industrial applications. In her role, she works on advancing ANSTO's thermal treatment technologies, particularly through the development of Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) capabilities, extending thermal process cycles for additively manufactured products to meet performance requirements. Nazli has worked on several industrial projects, all of which have been funded through grants such as the Australian Modern Manufacturing Initiative Space grant.
Throughout her career, Nazli has successfully guided multiple projects from TRL 1–3 (proof of concept) to TRL 6 (technology demonstration), applying her knowledge and skills to deliver impactful outcomes for her collaborators, partners, and clients.
