I’m an electronics technician working with the Data Acquisition and Electronics Group to assist in the design, development, installation and commissioning of neutron instrument electronic systems as part of NBI2 project. My role also includes developing, maintaining and installing electronic systems for the current suite of neutron instruments.
I have 14 years of experience working as an electronics technician/engineer in R&D, manufacturing,mining and biomedical industry. I have been working on design, testing and repair of linear and switch mode power supplies, AC motor drives, data acquisition, embedded systems, and repair and maintenance of biomedical and scientific instruments.
I completed Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering in 1995 at North Sydney TAFE. I received Bachelor of Science degree from Sydney University and completed a graduate certificate course at University of Technology Sydney in computer control.
