Jasmine Reay is an Executive Leader with 25 years of experience in infrastructure and engineering projects across diverse sectors, including civil and infrastructure, renewable energy, water, airports, universities, building, and residential property development in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Jasmine joined ANSTO in October 2024 as Group Executive of Infrastructure & Engineering Services. She leads a portfolio of Major Capital Works Programs, Engineering Delivery, Technical, Maintenance Services, and Decommissioning functions.

Jasmine brings a wealth of experience in project delivery and portfolio management, organizational transformational change management, and asset management. She has a proven track record of delivering on organizational business strategies, implementing large change programs, managing portfolios, and ensuring strategic investments are driven by clear business outcomes, effectively tracked, and set up for success and operational readiness.

Jasmine is committed to developing and building physical and digital infrastructure that is financially and operationally sustainable, delivering public service amenities, inclusion, community, and wellbeing.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Master’s in Planning, and formal Director qualifications (GAICD).
